Thanks Astroboy for the link!   Wink  You beat me to it!

If you read Mark's posting, you will realise that Mark is actually an industrial designer who really loves folding bicycles!   What you may not know is that he is also the designer of some very interesting and extremely useful kitchen gadgets.  One is the Chop2Pot (www.josephjoseph.com). a kitchen board that you can fold after you have chopped your vegetables or meats etc and then pour the ingredients from the slightly folded board into the pot.  I should know as I own one!  Chop2Pot keeps your cut veggies or sliced ingredients on the board as you pour them into the pot or saucepan without a splatter.

Another Mark Sanders' creation is the One-Touch can opener (www.onetouchproducts.com that has sold more than a miliion worldwide!  Shocked

When Mark showed me his Chop2Pot, at first I didnt know how to use it properly.  He showed me how the Chop2Pot could scoop the veggies and cut or sliced meats and you can then pour them at once into the pot or saucepan or wok.  The Chop2Pot is coated so it is anti-bacterial.  It is also very light to handle, a bit like a spade itself when folded slighlty.  Andrew Ritchie, designer of the Brompton has one too and he said the Chop2Pot lasts very long.  Cheesy

IF Bikes - for Integrated Folding (a term coined by Pacific Cycles) for the swivel-head technology developed by Mark Sanders.

Ah ok, Integrated Folding is a better term, more understandable compared to Swivel-Head.
Say "swivel head" to ah beng and he might take offence. Grin
