Rules & Regulations [Please read before you post]

This is a second-hand marketplace for used Bicycles & approved accessories bought from and registered at Diginexxx only, and not to be used by other brands, or bicycles bought elsewhere.

Diginexxx does not bear or assume any responsibilities for any form of buy, sell and trade that goes on in this forum.
Buyers and sellers are advised to exercise caution in any events which involves monetary transactions.
Any disputes between buyers and sellers are to be settled between the buyers and sellers themselves and Diginexxx will not be involved in any dispute handling whatsoever.

Forum members and users of this section are to observe the following rules & regulations.

General Rules & Regulation
1) Sellers: You are required to have 20 posts count before you can post any selling thread.
2) Sellers: Strictly NO 3rd hand bicycle to be post for sale.
3) Sellers: You are required to email their names and the bicycle serial numbers to Diginexx contact@diginexx.com before posting on our forum
3) All: Be nice, be civilized. Do not do what you do not want others do to yourself.
4) All: Only bicycles bought from diginexx are allowed to be bought/traded/sold here.
5) All: Do not reply/post negative or non-constructive comments in other members' thread/topics.
6) Seller: One thread/topic per member.
7) All: Please do not hijack another seller thread/topic by posting an unrelevant comment, question or link to your thread/topic.
   Please think from the seller's perspective, how would you feel if someone else did what you are about to do to you? 
8 ) Sellers: Please state your price, and any accessories included.
9) Sellers: Please describe the condition of the bicycle and if possible a picture will be good.
10) Sellers: Please be honest with the age of your bike. This can be easily confirmed by checking our records using your bike serial number. 
11) Seller: Please be sincere with your offer to the buyer and please let the buyer know if you are waiting for a better offer and by when, or if you wish to cancel the deal.
12) Buyer: Please be sincere with your offer to the seller especially when the seller has agreed to reserve the item offered, and please let the seller know in advance if you wish to cancel the deal.
13) All: Threads/Topics which flout the above rules will have their posts moderated/edited/deleted at best, and the offensive poster could be banned at worst.
14) This thread is regulated heavily and the administrators have the final decision.
15) The above rules and regulations will be revised and as and when the circumstances require it.

Addition:
1) We are aware that there have been cases of stolen bicycles. Diginexxx will not facilitate the trade of stolen bicycles.
   They will be cross-checked against their customer records. If they do not match, then it could be a stolen bicycle. We will remove the posting and ban the user immediately.

2) We are also aware that there are folding bicycles sold by grey importers (parallel and online auctions), who have told the buyer that their bicycle is covered by local warranty and to go to Diginexxx for servicing and to purchase spare parts. That information is not correct and as a legal distributor, we have the right to reject to cover the warranty as well as not be involved in secondhand dealing of these bicycles. We will remove the posting and ban the user immediately once found so.

3) We are aware that fake bikes for eg, fake Stridas are being sold.  Please be cautioned of the sale of such fake bikes at shops or online auctions et as these bikes are not under warranty or Diginexx will not support the servicing and the spare parts for such fake bikes. Such fake folding bikes are not safely made for riding.  When such fake bikes are found being sold or re-sold at our forum,  we will take immediate action to delete the posts and ban the user.
