A golden opportunity to cycle with a world famous folding bike designer indeed!

Mark Sanders, the Daddy of Strida and the co-designer of IF Mode, the award-winning 26-inch folding bicycle and the Man behind the innovative Integrated Folding technology in the IF Reach, Cross and Mode bikes came to Singapore and cycled with us on Saturday 29 November 2008

Pictures are here: http://picasaweb.google.com/aryantos/CyclingWithMarkSanders

some photo highlight:
Group photo before we set off - in case some of us cannot make it to the end (too tired, drop off from the ride along the way)

Here is Mark with the trademark silver brush Strida

Out of nowhere the groom and bride appear and took a photo with us at East Coast Park!

Note:
If you want larger size of any pictures there, please let me know what you want. I will not entertain non-specific blanket request.
I need the filenames so I do not have to think and decide which one to give you.
I might edit the larger picture so it will look better cos these small ones are basically auto resized, auto balance, auto almost everything by photoshop so they dont necessarily look that good, although pretty much look ok.

This group ride started with several "clicks" of the camera but the local folding cycling scene really started to take off when a couple decided that an unusual triangular shape folding bicycle will catch the eyes and hearts of the locals and maybe many will like to own and ride one too. This unusual yet unique folding bicycle comes from a person with a forward thinking. This isn't just another folding bicycle but rather one that might beckon people who has not been riding or even never ever owe a bicycle to take one home and ride it.

You might like to catch more of my shots here.
