Hi guys, was wondering you you use to clean the beautiful glossy finishing of the main frame. Clean water or water with car detergent? And what sort of cloth so as to minimise the risk of scratches. Thanks!

No need to touch up.  Take it as a form of battle scar.

it will be difficult to repaint because sometimes the painting technique is similar to car paint
