PETIR, the ruling party, the People's Action Party's official publication reports on the convention speech by Dr Janil Puthucheary who is a PAP cadre and a Brompton rider.  He had spoken on "Turning Challenges into Opportunities" using Diginexx as a background story.   Cheesy
